Complete Golf Performance

Our world is 3 dimensional (3D) yet quite often we view things in a 2 dimensional way and golf is no different. Many teachers are using high speed camera technology however this is also 2D and therefore missing key elements of movement. When it comes to assessing golfers the elite teachers and biomechanists rely on various forms of 3D technology in order to accurately measure and therefore diagnose what that golfer is or is not doing and at what point in the golf swing. Using 3D motion capture we can see how the body moves through space and using accelerometer technology we can measure the speed at which these movements take place. This allows us to take an accurate picture of your golf swing, assess what you're doing right and wrong while most importantly measuring efficiency. At Complete Golf Performance we take this one step further by also assessing your physical movement and how that pertains to the golf swing, looking at your joint mobility and muscle flexibility allowing us to formulate why you swing the way you do and devise a plan to make that swing as efficient and as healthy as possible meaning improved performance and less stress on your body.
